Marco&Alex has finalized the execution of
the commercial centre called Shopping Centre
Module, situated in Targoviste town. It is a
shopping centre which includes a Praktiker Hipermarket
and the first electro-households Tehnomarket
store in Romania. The location is displayed
on a surface of almost 17500 sqm, from which
6500 sqm are built and 11000 sqm are roads,
platforms, parking and green spaces.

The store is situated on approximately 4000
sqm, from which 1500 sqm are built and the rest
is occupied by access roads, parking and green
spaces.
The project was realized in almost 4 months
since the taking over of the location and was
delivered with the established deadlines.
